Frigidaire 807047901 Water Inlet Valve

Our dishwasher is about 3 years old and developed a massive leak. Found out it was the water inlet causing the problem; which is mind boggling that a $700 dishwasher relies on a $20 plastic part to function. After receiving the part and removing the original one, it was apparent that the new part is a differnet quality of plastic which was much easier to thread the high pressure hose to achieve a proper seal. This is obviously a revision by Electrolux, and very satisfied. Easy to install, and our dishpan hands are finally recovering!

It worked good for a few weeks, then failed. Had 120 Volts to the coil.Found that if I tapped it with a screwdriver handle, it would work.So I leave the cover off the dishwasher to be able to tap the unit with a screwdriver.This has happened twice now. If it continues to fail I will replace with a universal 1/2" electric valve.

My dishwasher was not getting water, after a few YouTube videos, this was the first step in diagnostics. I found the part number online and then on Amazon. It was an exact match and was easy to install and works flawlessly. Really sucks have your dishwasher go down over the holidays! Just saying.

Direct replacement. Didn't even need the bracket, just snapped the old one out and this one in. Plugged it in and connected the hose. 5 minutes total job time. Supplied with 60lbs of pressure and no leaks.

Not exactly the same as the oem part so we had to make a few adjustments but it did work. The original part instead of a bracket had plastic that the screws went into. It was not to hard to fix. We just got different bolts and nuts instead of screws.

This part worked great! After replacing the tube and connector it turned out this was the part i needed. They do not make thing last anymore. But this product worked great! Great price for a OEM too!

It didn’t fix the problem and returning it would have been a pain so I just threw it away along with my money.

So easy to install and saved us from buying a new dishwasher!
