Fantastic hay
I have long been looking for good quality hay for my pets who are very picky. They love this hay and eat it in great quantities. I particularly like it as it is easy to get out of the bag and doesn't go everywhere - I think it is because the hay is cut quite short.

Not great for guinea-pigs
I bought this for my guineapigs who have a large tub to eat from and burrow into, but this hay is cut so short it just sits flat, and therefore when the guineapigs sit in it, it just compacts down flat and unfortumately holds their urine against their fur as it doesn't have room to drip down.They struggle to burrow in it due to it being so short.Having said that it's a great quality hay smells fresh and looks nice and green, so I have started putting it into a hay bag for them to eat.And have had to buy a different brand to fill their boxes.I can't grumble at the quality of the hay, its really good and I've only given it 4 stars due to it being too short for our needs.

Very small and very dusty
The quality of the hay itself 1/10. Just a bag of dust. Very brown. Hardly any green. It's obviously mixed with meadow hay too.The size of the bag in general. Appalling. Don't waste your money. The thing won't even last me a full week with one rabbit let alone four. My kettle is bigger than the actual bag itself. The worst quality you can get. Do not even bother wasting your money. Please. Just don't bother

Not suitable for guinea pigs
While the delivery was prompt, the hay was clearly cut very short and was much dustier than in the product image, making it unsuitable for my guinea pigs. I'm also struggling to find any way to return it, as a not-sold-by-Amazon product. So much for statutory rights.
