It doesn't seem like much, but since lockdown last year our microwave broke and we can't afford to replace it. I got used to having tea and coffee end up being room temp after mere moments of being in a cup (I rarely can force myself to chug a hot beverage, I like to take my time and enjoy it) - til I found these beauties - the beverage actual stays hot, even when I have to add cold cream (heavy cream is sublime in a hot cuppa)! I was floored. Plus it keeps milk *cold* in a glass, just like you're supposed to be able to enjoy it. I kinda use these cups for every single beverage now. Just respect them, they are lightweight and delicate and should only be hand washed and handled with extreme care - but so worth it!!

I received this set of four nicely made mugs. They're a bit larger and wider at the top than I wanted, but that isn't the fault of the seller. However, one of the mugs was cracked and chipped on arrival despite that the packaging was intact. So I contacted the seller and asked for a replacement. They asked for a photo. I sent one. They said that their customer care people would get back to me after they examined it or something. That was a week ago. So far, nothing more except a request for me to review their product. No more communication, and no replacement.Suggestion to the seller: If you are going to solicit me for a nice review, you may want to check with your customer service people to see if they stiffed me on a return first.

I love these double-walled mugs so much that I just purchased a second set.They keep your hot drinks hot longer than regular coffee mugs yet the glass is not hot to the touch. These seamless mugs are super light weight andalthough they are fragile, they're beautiful and so well-made.Yes, you have to handle them carefully but you're going to love them!

These are of similar quality to the many double walled coffee mugs we have bought. They are quite large, which we appreciate. They are quite delicate, so vigorous stirring or dropping ice cubes into them may cause them to break. That's just the nature of the product, however, so no stars removed.

I purchased 8 double wall insulated glasses from "Home Fashions" 3 years ago. They hold up beautifully after daily use and dishwasher cleaning. I broke 2 of them and decided to order replacements. However, Home Fashions no long make the previous style of glasses. After doing extensive research on the website, and having tried out three other "best reviewed" brands on Amazon, I decided to go back to the Home Fashion brand and chosen those. I am so happy that I did!! The set is of the best value I could find on Amazon. The glasses are lightweight, modern, very durable, and come out of dishwasher beautifully. I am thinking about getting another set to give as a gift.

By far my favorite mug to drink from. Cool or Hot. extremely light, but strong. Have not dropped yet but dig bang it pretty hard against the cupboard door and all good! outside glass does not heat up and coffee stays hotter longer. Burnt my tongue a few times, my old ceramic mugs retain cool, so coffee cools of faster...not the case with these.

I was a bit skeptical about their insulating properties, but they do work pretty well. My hot drinks stay hotter longer than a traditional mug. So far they are dishwasher safe. I have only had them for a couple weeks. If they break unexpectedly, I will report back here .

Maybe I go something different, but when I measured the capacity of these mugs, I found that they can only hold 8 oz. of liquid. I got mine through Warehouse Deals, so perhaps there was a mixup. They are nicely made, so I will keep them. But they are far too small for my morning latte.
