Avoid
Awful - considering I was replacing a steam mop of the same brand that lasted 7+ years, this has never worked properly in the 6 weeks of me owning it, and is now useless. Initially it produced far too much steam, then when switching off to refill the tank it would not turn on again (for at least 24 hrs). Now it turns on but produces no steam at all.No way to get a refund or replacement either as apparently this was sold under an international amazon with zero information or advertising that it was (I use the UK Amazon app - everything looked as usual).

plug not compatible in UK
was so disappointed that the 2 prongs for the plug does not comply with UK or European standards. Dont know what country this 2 prongs are for but definitely not for UK or European plugs! why send this to a UK address???? shame because I love this steam mop but will not take the chance ordering again from amazon, will shop elsewhere. Returned as cannot use due to incorrect plug

Waste of money
Buyer beware l bought this because l had black and decker products before and they were great. First of all l did not know this had a two pin plug. Luckily l had an adapter would you believe it plugged it into the adapter and the adapter went bust. Luckily had another from our travels plugged it in great steam gave the house a clean. When l went to use it again the damned thing would not steam nothing just water dripping out of it. Its faulty DO NOT BUY. In this time of cost of living issues its money down the drain.
