Spice Islands Turkey Brine Kit (16 oz)

This brine kit is awesome - it will take your turkey to the next level! Super easy to use. The zipper on the very large bag they provide did break though when I was preparing everything. This would have been a big problem except I had some zip-ties that actually ended out working great instead. The zip ties not only kept the bag together so that none of the liquid could come out, but I could also cinch the zip tie down really close to the turkey so that there was no space in the bag and the turkey stayed fully immersed in the brine. If you're making turkey - don't skip the brining - you'll be glad!!

This kit comes with a large ziploc bag and all the spices to make a perfect brine. The turkey can rest in the brine in the bag in the refrigerator until it's time to bake it. The only problem is that the bag is sometimes hard to seal completely, so we have had some of the brine spill out. However, if you're careful, you will have no spill problems. The turkeys we have done in the Spice Islands brine are the moistest, most dependably great tasting turkeys ever!

This is the ONLY brine I will ever use! My turkeys are always a hit because of it. You will get THEEEEE most flavorful and juiciest, turkey ever from the breast to the leg. Pure unadulterated deliciocity...if that’s even a word!

Since I have bribed my turkey with this mix it has been a huge hit
