Strong and stable, worked perfectly for the wedding!
The only reason I gave 4 stars & not 5 was that it said that it came with legs, but it did not. I almost returned it, but with further thinking I realized that it will be stronger without the opportunity to sag in the middle that legs would give it. As you see in the pics, it not only held up a two tier cake on the very top of the stand, but it stood up to the cake (room temp) being cut on it as well! Very happy with it, & just a note, you will fit your cupcakes better if you don't add an extra wrap around the liners like we did, but they still looked nice! 😁😁

Was very easy to assemble, once I realized they gave me two extra screws. But I a very happy with the product. I bought it for my wedding and I definitely see myself using this for other occasions as well.
