The panels arrived in great condition - and whilst there were some issues from the delivery company (not Goods Emporium!) the customer service from this company for this product was perfect! Panels arrived and they now look great in my office area. Thanks! Installation was great, and the quality, both material and sound quality, is very good too!

Very nice and solid workmanship. Wood is tidy and the black background is thick and strong. My walls were a perfect fit so no need to trim apart from the black edge which I did with a Stanley blade but with a bit of tlc you could easily trim this neatly. Hanging instructions are basic but there’s nothing to it. I placed the screw onto the black where I wanted them (instructions tell you measurements) then once in place with a spirit level (pencil mark when straight) drill screws so far in and back out so too mark the wall for raw plugs. Dill, fit plugs, hang back up at mark, screw in. 2 people no problem but can be done with 1. A little pricey but overall I’m happy with finish.

The packaging was very poor and my panel arrived damaged and the colour is also not the same as advertised on the pictures I wanted dark black and I have what looks like a dark grey finish won’t be buying again after I return
