I bought this party set for my sister’s birthday and I loved everything that came with it. The banner is just the right size, the balloons are so cute, and the decorations match the theme so well. Definitely recommend! especially if you love Sanrio.

You have to assemble the banner and the cake toppers. They do not have the strings attached to the banner or the sticks attached to the cake toppers. The design is cute but not worth the cost since u need to do some assembly the plastic silverware is super cheap and the plates are tiny won’t even fit cake and icecream. I will be returning because I wanted something I can take out and hang up. 2nd time I have ordered bday decor from amazon and is definitely the last.
