If you have jowls or sagging cheek skin I have the most important hack you will ever read: Take a small piece of hair slightly in front of and above each ear and tie with a tiny rubber band that matches your hair (I use those clear tiny ones for my blonde hair but you might want to match yours). Make them tiny, tight, and tighten “up” like the direction of a high pony tail. Then just take this “band” and clip the first clip to the first rubber band and go straight around the back of your head (helps to tie up the top half of your hair while you do this) and then clip the second clip to the second rubber band on the other side and tighten as much as you want to tolerate! It will lift your eyes/upper cheeks and some of the jowls will disappear in the process. It won’t totally solve the issue but will give you enough of a boost to feel SIGNIFICANTLY better. It is the exact same effect as the thousand dollar “threads” at the dermatologist or the filler that can give you that lift. I do it when I leave the house and want to look my best, and for important events…mostly because my hair is fine… but it could be done all day every day if your hair can tolerate it. I just leave the rubber bands in all the time and just pop in the band when I want to. You put the top of your hair over the band and you can’t see it. For context, I am in my mid 40s. THE KEY IS THE RUBBER BANDS!!!!

Very hard to work with. Making it work it’s close to impossible. Tried many times. And gave up.
