don't notice a difference
Don't be fooled, most of this is in your head. I didn't see a difference but also remember taking something everyday changes your mind set thus causing you to change other habits in your life like eating, and performing more exercise.Didn't work for me. However I didn't notice any diarrhea or stomach cramps like some other reviewers it just felt like a placebo.

meh really diodnt recognize a change ,, just eat lots of veggies and fruit nix the meat maybe 1 or 2x a month and lkots of water and exercise and you will drop.

good for slowing down appetite
Pills are not that great will purchase Ace pills very soon. Not sure if I am using them correctly haven't loss much weight

Off the Chain
Off the chain. When I say the 1st day I didn't get hungry until 12 in the afternoon, you betta believe it. It works wonders with my HCG program. Anyway if anybody says something negative about this product, tell them to eat ASS, cause they probably too fat and stressful to have control over their weak ass emotions.
