Good product
These help me to sleep while they get on with detoxing. They really do work. The only small problem is that they are quite difficult to get on.

detox foot patches
I use theses twice a week as instructed and it is amazing how effective they are , I usually have a great night sleep when I use them. I feel they work very well with regards to cleaning and detoxing the body by reviewing the results from the pad the next morning. They are easy to use and stick well to the feet and stay in lace all night long. They have natural ingredients and are very reasonable in price.

These patches stuck to my feet great and we're easy to apply. I had no problem sleeping with them on my feet but unfortunately they did not work on reducing the swelling in my legs so I'm afraid can not recommend them .

RIDDING THE BODY OF TOXINS?
Seems to work. Usually both feet are full of black gunge on the pads, which I take to be toxins coming out of the body through the skin.Sometimes the left foot doesn't have so much but the right foot is always full of gunge. It is never the other way around which makes me tend to think that they really do work and it's not just a chemical reaction as the critics like to make out.

Poorly packaged, sticky pads glued together
I have had three of these packs now. The first pack was in excellent condition with the sticky pads correctly packed and the patches packed in pairs. The second two packs were unfortunately bundled in, the sticky pads all ruined and stuck together. I have been able to use the patches , but needed to buy tape separately. I do not believe these items have been quality checked or controlled as the packaging is a tad dubious to say the least, ie stuffed in, as if someone just needed to get off home ..... Due to the price, sending back the items was not worth the effort. I wont be buying again online, but will look locally for a similar product.

Yes they seem to absorb toxins from the bottom of the feet
