It has most of the official sovereign states but it's missing Costa Rica, Luxembourg, Monaco, Pakistan, Romania/Chad (there's only one), Serbia, Slovenia, and Tunisia. It also includes some extras like the UN, EU, Puerto Rico, Cooke Islands, Aruba, England, Scotland and Wales, aswell as duplicates for Thailand and Turkey. It's really decent material and I believe it's worth the money.
