I had 9th Generation bought in 2022, It boots so slow that I had to wait which was so aggravating.Pleased that I got Gen10, so fast and as soon as I start, it takes me to the mail page directly.The remote control wasn’t functional, fortunately the seller sent me a new one with no time.I am happy that I upgraded..

As many others have pointed out already, the remote is utterly unusable. If you’re about a foot away, it’s 50/50, with the interface lagging seconds behind. Once you’re past about 2 ft, the remote stops working completely. Not sure why the responsiveness has gotten worse. What’s the point in a fast processor if the unit itself is unusable.I had accidentally enabled the adult content, and my wife was laughing hysterically as I tried to switch it off and the interface had completely locked up.Returned - you’re better off getting an older version. Really wish they’d create a version that was responsive. I’d pay 2x the price.

I bought a G-9 a little over a year ago. At first I had loads of streaming problems and I faulted it on the product itself. To make a long story short, I later realized that it had nothing to do with the hardware product itself but rather the company's streaming service. The company finally resolved lots of their streaming technical issues and provided reliable service since then.I rely on this product for all of the sports competitions I watch plus many other channels, world competitions of table tennis, badminton, volleyball, etc.. My life has been so enriched and more fun because of this product.I loved this product so much that when G-10 came out, I bought a second one for my upstairs bedroom. Unfortunately I had endless service issues for days and weeks. I thought all I needed to do was to wait it out until they fixed their service. Then one day I decided to compare the two side by side, G-9 and G-10. G-9 worked while G-10 did not.Only then, I realized that the service problem was due to this new G-10 hardware, not their streaming service. I tried contacting their customer service twice and inquired about this situation. I also asked them to let me know when they fix their G-10 hardware problem. Unfortunately I have not heard back from them.I am very disappointed that they would have such a hardware problem, at least based on my speculation. I am however confident that they will fix this problem soon. I will just have to wait for my second unit until then.

The box is fast (in terms of browsing and navigating) and the Bluetooth remote control works great. What I did not like is that a lot of the live channels does not load. Or it would load and then stop and it doesn’t buffer. Mind you, I use a fiber optic network with high connection speeds so I know it’s not my internet connection. The movies and dramas are great with many selection but not so much cartoons that are in Cantonese for my kids. After using for few weeks, I decided to return it since the live channels were still acting up every single time I watch. Hope this would be fixed for future buyers and current users.

Not bad if you are looking for content you cant get yourself. but the remote doesnt work 1/3 of the time and the system freezes just navigating through menus. What was annoying was to get a code they wanted me to like them on face book. The code is 1818 if anyone needs it. Ill likely return this overpriced and underwhelming streaming box.

This stylish tv box comes with a cool color light when its on. Lots of channels for you to choose. Good for family. Also with 4k hd contents. Highly recommended

Trying to return this item to the seller!The remote control was not working properly, sometimes it worked but most of the times would need to go as near as the box to make it worked.Could be a faulty remote control?But it is too late to return this item to the seller, very disappointed with the remote control of this item!Hopefully the seller could help me out on this problem?🥱
