Sturdy and comfortable
I was very nervous about buying this product based on the previous reviews. I've had this sofa for a month and I can say it is one of the best Amazon purchases I have ever made.I bought it for my room in halls since I wanted to have more space to have friends over and for sleepovers. It is perfect for these purposes. It is very easy to inflate (less than 5 minutes!). I've had to refill it a few times (mostly after sleeping in it) but that takes less than 30 sec to do... once fully inflated it is very light and easy to move. When deflated, it takes very little space.I can't believe I've gone through 3 years of university without it. It is surprisingly comfortable and I prefer doing studying and essay writing on it as opposed to my desk or bed.Out of the 5 possibilities I mainly choose the two illustrated in the photos. This sofa is perfect for what I needed. Would definitely recommend.

Shockingly Uncomfortable
I cannot express how utterly unusable this "couch" is. It is PAINFUL to use! I cannot believe that any of the positive reviews are real. There is simply no way in hell that a person could use this for more than an hour, let alone a pregnant woman! This thing is so beyond horrible it can't even be described, but I shall try to summarize a few of its many shortcomings. In the full upright couch position, it pushes you off -- even when the back straps are tightened as much as possible, the whole thing still leans forward when you sit on it, so that you have to actively press your legs into the floor to keep it upright. If you do manage to stay upright, the design of the couch back/arms is such that there is no lower back support whatsoever -- the top part bulges out, leaving a gaping space between your lower back and the "couch," regardless of size (it was the same for both me and my husband, who is a foot taller than I). I put two duvets and two pillows on top if it and it's *still* horribly uncomfortable! In the pulled-out position, it is *slightly* more bearable because it doesn't actively push you off. But it's still a wretched sitting experience. I have another regular double air bed (without the "couch" part) and it is far more comfortable to sit on. It would be dreadful to use this as a bed, because it's not long enough for an adult in any direction, and the gap (where it's supposed to fold up into the couch) is very uncomfortable to lay on.If that wasn't bad enough, the whole thing stinks, literally. I put it in a rather large reception room and it stunk up the whole room. It has a very strong plastic stench which took days to diminish, and isn't yet gone -- I still get a headache if I'm near the thing for too long. It can't be healthy, whatever plastic this thing is made of.On top of all that, it doesn't hold its air. At first I thought mine must have a small leak somewhere, because it became significantly softer within hours of fully inflating. But then I realised there is no leak, the air is escaping out of the poorly-designed back pump-holes. They're a very odd and useless design, I've owned many air beds and never seen valves like these. They're made of two different sections and they don't plug securely, so the rubber never fully seals and you slowly loose air through the day. Even if I liked this thing, I'd have to inflate it twice a day! Outrageous.I really wanted to like this "couch." My permanent, real couch from Dfs is going to take 7-12 weeks to be made, so I currently have nothing to sit on in the living room. I was hoping this inflatable couch would be a temporary solution, but my floor is more comfortable. I'm gutted because it was expensive! It's so big and cumbersome I can't be bothered to pack it up and pay return postage, and besides several reviewers mentioned problems with returns and the company giving them grief -- I don't want to deal with the hassle. I wish I'd tried a giant bean bags or individual inflatable chairs instead.

Four week of continuous use and still great (for an airbed/sofa).
We've been using this continuously for four weeks and it's great. We've recently moved into a new home with no furniture and, having owned almost no furniture had to buy everything new. Since real, proper, grown-up sofas take a while to manufacture (like, 12 weeks) we needed a temporary solution while we waited. I suggested an inflatable sofa as a joke and then we realised that it was actually the best solution we had available. Since our bed also didn't arrive for the first week we used this as both a bed and a sofa for 8 days.As a bed it's exactly what you'd expect from an air mattress. It's fine temporarily and it needs topping up with more air each day. The pump that comes with it is pretty quick and easy to use. As a sofa it's similar, it's comfortable enough, but not as comfortable as a real sofa, and there's space for two people. It doesn't need topping up quite as often when it's only being used as a sofa. The other arrangements (lounger etc) we've hardly used, but they're fine. If you're looking for a temporary seating or sleeping solution, this is pretty ideal. I guess it would also be good for camping or for kids bedrooms.

Bed is good and works well as a sofa
Bed is good and works well as a sofa, unfortunately the bottom part of the bed has a hole somewhere within the first use. Charger works well and is a blessing!

Not worth the money
We bought this in November, by December it wasn't usable anymore. It has split twice around the "ring" parts of the sofa, which we repaired, and even after repairing, it's still constantly deflating. The product itself was quite comfortable, whilst it was usable, but expected it to last longer than it did. Wasn't used very much, and didn't last as long it should have. Would not recommend purchasing.

Not fit for purpose. Rubbish.
The only good thing was it was easy to inflate. Bottom section needed to b topped up with air daily. Had a puncture after a week on the middle section. Puncture patch supplied was rubbish on the flock. Bought a puncture repair kit. Had another puncture. Put in bin. Bought a bean bag.
