The mirror itself was protected by a thin sheet of styrofoam and arrived intact, but the wooden parts were loose and one of the long pieces broke. This piece was actually 2 joined together end-to-end at a narrow point by a dowel peg, which is actually what broke. I contacted customer service and they responded promptly and sent a replacement part. Unfortunately this piece broke in the same place, having been shipped without even a scrap of bubble wrap to protect it. Rather than contacting them again, I have glued it and am hoping for the best. Suggestions:--Is it really that difficult to find a 3' x 2" x 2" length of pine so that the piece could be made out of one continuous length of wood?--Get some bubble wrap. It's not that expensive.On the plus side, very easy to assemble and nice-looking.

I got the white one for my kids room and the cherry one for myself however even when you tighten the mirror can swivel and I didn't feel safe for my kids because of their age and they wouldn't stop playing with the swivel. So I'm using theirs and kept mine in the box to store until they are a little bit older. However I have always dreamed of having a mirror like this so I love it!

Almost. I can say that customer service is great. 1st delivery, wrong color. They immediately shipped number two. 2nd delivery, mirror was shattered. They immediately shipped number three replacement mirror only. I opened up the second package (carefully as there was broken shards all over the styrofoam) to get out the wood pieces to make one complete mirror. Of course one of the long legs was broken in two. I'm so exhausted from contacting these people I just used wood glue to put it back together. The black color has a hint of red still, it's not black like I needed, more of an espresso. For the price it's okay but not worth the headaches.

I needed a full length mirror and this one fits the bill. It was easy to put together and I usually have problems with putting things together. Looks more expensive than it was.
