Won't connect to cellular network
Against my better judgement, I ordered this through Amazon versus going directly through Verizon. I've spent hours (5+) on the phone with Verizon and they cannot get it to connect to the cellular network. I've been through the set-up process multiple times. They have generated multiple eSims, and nothing has worked. Now that I have spent all this time with them, now they are telling me I have to go into the store to get a replacement watch to ensure it will set up on the network. What a joke and a complete waste of time this has been.
