Makes perfect bread everytime. Easiest to make, add water, leave to rise, bake what could be simpler. It's always light and fluffy and tastes great.

just add the correct amount of water, leave to rise, bake and eat. unlike other gluten free mixes that I have tried this one does not go hard when it has cooled. Its also a multi function mix, I'm going to try for pizza bases next
