Love this lockbox. Our apartment only gave us two keys and we need one to lock the door whenever we leave. There are three people in our house so this does not work for us but this lockbox was a great solution. Took a few tries to figure out how it works but once we figured it out it’s amazing

We are using this in a somewhat unorthodox way.We have had a spare set of keys hidden in an outside compartment of our motorhome so we wouldn't have to break in if somehow we locked ourselves out. And one day recently, that is exactly what happened!Up till now, we had been using a simple magnetic key box that was fine - that is until we had to access it in a park filled with people. I never felt comfortable again knowing that if someone unscrupulous had been watching - or if not this time, the next time, they would know how to enter our motorhome any time they pleased.So the hunt began for a better alternative. That led me to this product.What I really like about this unit is that it has the rubberized exterior that looks an awful lot like the rubber used in the compartment we have been using for our spare keys. What this means is this: it blends in perfectly and looks like it's supposed to be there, rather than have a metal lock box that sticks out like a sore thumb saying "Look at me! Here I am!"It was easy for my husband to install, and is easy to use!I don't think most people think of using something like this for their rv/camper/ motorhome, but it has turned out to be a great solution for us!

I have iron bars around my house and have mobility issues. Live alone. It is okay to use once you get the sequence of using the leverage in sequence with putting in code then pull down on lever

I was initially borrowing a friend who had the same product so I was very excited to buy my own! I was little skeptical to buy initially for myself because the price had increased so much since my friend purchase her it not too long ago but it’s worked out! I still love it I haven’t had any problems and I’ve had the merchandise for about two or three weeks!

Update: still works after 4 years but the cover has deteriored badly and the strap that kept the cover closed has broken off. Can't find a replacement cover anywhere and really don't want to repurchase an entire unit for that! The mfr needs to offer replacement covers!We've got this in a fairly exposed area near our airbnb. Have had no problems with it after 2 months, although some of our guests can't seem to figure it out. You have to hit Clear and re-enter the code to open. I finally put some instructions inside the box explaining that. If you have pushed any of the buttons randomly then you need to clear and then redo the code.

We installed this at our vacation rental in Pigeon Forge. When we were renting to nearby guests it wasn't a problem meeting them to give them the keys. Now that the word is out, we are renting to guests 3-4 hours away and had to mail keys back and forth. This box is so easy to set your own code and change whenever you like. It's easy to give instructions for guests to be access the keys. Buying another today for another property.

I’ve used other look boxes and this is not a good value, although I like the rubberized exterior cover. The most important part is of substandard quality and the mechanism is of poor workmanship. Others are available at a lower price and is of better quality.Update: I purchased a "Pro" key lock box (SL-590) manufactured by FJM Security and sold by Amazon. A few days after the 30 days return window expired the rubber casing around the lockbox broke. I contacted FLM Security and "The Boss" has no interest in correcting or resolving their defective product(s). By this review I caution the owners of FJM Security that by ignoring complaints of their defective products combined with the strength of product reviews can only reflect badly for FJM Security. In an extremely competitive market poor workmanship, along with customer service will have no future.
