Great asset for smart working
Fast and reliable, tablet mode works well, very much intuitive and user friendly. Light weight, silent processor, very pleased overall.

Screen breaks easily and is expensive to fix
It's a brilliant laptop other than the fact the screen is so expensive to repair if damaged and the screen does damage easily. Also think the pen should come with the laptop and not be so expensive.

Worst laptop I have ever brought
Okay, I did not buy this laptop from Amazon but I did buy the same model from PC World. This has been by far the worst laptop I have ever brought. In particular, I hate the d-pad which makes the laptop almost unusable. It is a source of a daily frustration, delays and mistakes. After this laptop, it would take a lot for me to ever buy HP again.
