Ordered this kettle and was surprised to get it the next day , pleased with the look and efficiency,only one small issue, the top half of the handle gets quite hot and uncomfortable to hold , otherwise quite happy with purchase

We started using this kettle in November 2017, having moved into our first house. It’s now malfunctioned - the lid has somehow warped so doesn’t fit anymore, the light doesn’t stay on and it only starts boiling after moving it around on the base until it finds the right spot.So unimpressed. Some customer service help would be greatly appreciated.
