I really like this one! It smells strong, sweet, clean, complex, and gingery. I can't say it smells distinctly either of juniper or rose tho. It's one of the few of many paper tube deodorants that I actually finish - it's not too harsh or rough on skin, not too much residue, and I feel like it works. No skin issues but I've been using lots of different "natural" type deodorants for years.The ginger agave one smells a little more simple/ mild/mellow/candy-like, like a kids/teen spirit type smell, does not smell of finger to me at all. It's also ok overall, but I prefer this way more.

I have very sensitive skin as well as eczema. Non natural deodorants were making my underarms swell and itchy. Most natural deodorants would also make me itchy and a rash would start to form. I found out it was the baking soda they use in most natural deodorants. This is the first deodorant that I’ve used for over two weeks with ZERO irritation. It works very well too and I feel pretty protected from smell throughout the day. The lavender is nice and not too overpowering. I want to try the sea mineral scent next! It’s been great finally not having to struggle with such an important part of my daily routine. Please don’t ever stop making this formula! :)

I’ve been trying to buy less plastic. It kills me that so many products have plastic packaging. I got this because it’s in paper. It slides on smoothly and smells good. My local drugstore used to carry a different brand in paper but hasn’t had it lately. Too bad I have to get it shipped. I wish more products would come in glass, paper or metal that can be recycled. Plastic lies about recycling.

I was desperately looking for a replacement for my Lume, which worked great for me but out of sudden caused horrible skin irritation. I tried the majority of natural aluminum free products before and they either caused irritation or didn’t do much change, or smelled terrible (well, noone can beat Lume for their product smell!).So I gave a try to this deo, and even paid for delivery. It smells pleasantly, soft, and very gentle. Application is smooth, however, I can’t say it keeps body odor for a long time. I have to wash skin and re-apply it 2-3 times a day. But the irritation is gone so I continue using it.

There’s a lot to love about this deodorant, but unfortunately it’s misleading in some crucial ways.I first ordered this product because it was marketed as having environmentally friendly (compostable) packaging. Unfortunately, inside of the cardboard tube is a second plastic tube. I’ve used other natural deodorants that come in completely compostable packaging, so it can be done, and it was a big red flag when I opened the package.Second, this product is marketed as causing zero irritation. Unfortunately, two days into using it, I’ve developed itchy red bumps under my arms. I’ve never experienced this before, so I don’t know how long they’ll last, but I hope they clear up before my wedding in two weeks.The product itself smells wonderful (I ordered the lavender milk version) and applies beautifully. It’s a shame I won’t be able to use it or order it again.

I won't lie, I stink. Lol. I have had to use Secret since elementary school because it's the only deoderant that actually worked and didn't make my sensitive pits break out in painful rashes. I've wanted to switch to a more natural alternative and avoid antiperspirants for years, but I've never had luck. They either smell terrible, make me smell terrible, or cause nasty rashes on my sensitive skin. A friend of mine recommended this brand and I was reluctant because of the price tag. It's a lot to pay for something you doubt will work for for you. I'm seriously so happy I took the chance. I reapply every morning and I can go a few days between showering and still not stink. The only thing that's made the transition a little difficult is the difference in the amount of sweat I have. I never thought I was a sweaty person until I got off of antiperspirants. It's disappointing discovery. Lol. Besides that, its amazing and I've just ordered my second stick to put in my stocking this year! Sea minerals scent is sooo good. Will never go back to chemical laden deoderant again.

Before this brand, I used a popular baking soda based brand (Schmits) which started out great but gradually ruined my body chemistry and generated a ridiculous body odor issue (i.e. would still smell horrible even after coming out of the shower, had to apply thick layer to get through the day, still struggled with bad smells all day, clothes that permanently smelled). So I was so happy to find this product. I've been using this brand for a few years now. This new packaging is great, and the adjusted formulation still works great! I look forward to exploring the new scents. The Juniper Rose is pretty strong, but I just need to put on less to compensate. It is still lovely. I am so thankful and hope this product continues to succeed. Please don't use deodorant with baking soda in it! If you are, notice that if things start to get worse, it's not you! it's the baking soda killing all your good bacteria and allowing the bad bacteria to thrive!PS - before the baking soda brand I tried other natural deodorants for several years, and although I settled on one natural store brand with witch hazel that was just barely ok, I never found one that worked as well as this one does. So it's not just the baking soda free aspect, it's the rest of the formulation too!

Last time I bought this deodorant was in April 2024 (Juniper Rose) and I think the formula is not the same. Before it was really soft. Also is not doing it purpose. Really sad because it was perfect.
