Replacement and returns policy shocking
Absolutely fuming, luckily the first steps involve the legs being built, so we quickly found out that the screws are too thin for the holes rendering the crib unusable. This alone has not angered me as much and the replacement procedure. Why on earth should WE pay for the item to be returned when it is unfit for purpose!?. Someone should come back and collect it when they deliver the replacement item!. If we wanted a refund instead WE still have to pay for return! Absolute joke
