I got these for bulk fermenting bread dough. The square shape makes coil folding and stretch and fold easy. This is the go to product for a number of serious online bakers. It will comfortably manage a dough made with 600g flour at 75% hydration when the dough doubles. That's a 2lb loaf in old money.The lid is very sturdy. It is not a cheap plastic tupaware type lid, but a strong lid with strong clips and a superb silicon seal. It is leak proof.A good product.

Quite useful dishes. I use it for baking pastas or other stuffs and the left over can be stored and reheated in the same dish.

it is pretty good, well made, all fits well.

I wrote other comments and I thought that it was going to be smaller (I checked the measurements but still I was not sure because of the reviews). I was able to fit 9 mandarins on the bottom and 2 more on top(I don't have more) and close it without problems.
