Glad we bought an AirFryer
Only compliant here is its about 2 inches to tall to fit on the counter top under the cabinets. Of course thats not a fault of the product. Otherwise i have used this every day since purchasing it. It's 100% faster than a conventional oven.have fried chicken, potato wedges, broccoli/cauliflower, zucchini and squash. Made cheese sticks and pizza rolls. We prefer the taste of the air fryer over conventional stove as well.

Almost great
Bought this air fryer/dehydrator after a TON of research. In fact we purchased a different air fryer prior to this one, the kind with a pull out basket type of food tray thing, but it was not even close to what we wanted/needed. the main reason for getting an air fryer at all was to make tortilla chips and other fried foods without the smell of the fryer. Health didn't really enter into the equation. We bought this one because -A-it has multiple traysB-the cooking surfaces are metal and can be washed in the dish washerC-it was not incredibly expensiveD-it said it is a dehydratorAnyway, we've had it for about a week and so far we've used it to make breakfast bacon (doesn't curl up nearly as bad as in a frying pan and the grease doesn't have charred bits of meat in it so it is much better for re-use), reheat pizza, reheat lasagna, bake tortilla chips (need some practice, but I think it will work well) and right now making venison jerky. On to the review -The temperature is fairly accurate, but with such a small heating area it fluctuates greatly when the heater is on as oppose to when it is off. With the setting at 165 the high temp reached 169 and the low temp reached 147, but it was literally only a few seconds at low temp before the heating element kicked back on and it went right back up to 169 so all in all I think the temp is as accurate as can be expected. There is no fan forced heat so rotating longer cooking foods will be a must, but is that really all that much of a hassle? The controls are pretty straight forward although believe it or not the on/off takes some getting use to.Clean up on this thing is about as easy as it gets. remove the tray(s),Some reviews said how loud it is, but as I type this it is literally on the other side of the counter right behind my head by about three feet and it's just not that loud and we have a very quiet house (no kids). Maybe ours is just quieter than others or maybe other people have a different definition of "loud"I only have two real complaints about the thing.1-The bottom tray can't be accessed even with the door fully open unless you pull the unit to the edge of the counter because the door doesn't lay flat. That leads to complaint #22-The little suction cup feet are unnecessary AND they come off when you try to slide the unit forward to open the door all the way so you can access the bottom tray.Bottom line, if you're in the market for a good air fryer/dehydrator and don't wanna spend $500, get this one.If they fix the door issue and the feet issue I'd give it a 5 star rating.

Really Happy
The only con I have found to far is that this is heavy, so it needs a dedicated spot to bask in its glory. Mostly used as an airfryer/toaster over and dehydrator. Very easy to cook with and even easier to dehydrate with. Puts out surprisingly little heat which is great. The trays are 12x10 for those interested, and while that makes it difficult to find something for fruit leathers, it isn't impossible. So far I highly recommend. This is my second GoWise appliance(first was 12.5 quart pressure cooker, which is still going strong 4 years later)Have not used the rotisserie yet so will update when I do.UPDATE 8/29/2023Rotisserie is really great, took a bit to get it right(misplaced directions) But have used it for whole chicken, pork tenderloin and roast and everyone loves the result and request it at least once a week. Now that I know how to use it, it's super easy!

Worth it.
I had my eyes on a few air fryers on Amazon for a long while. I never took the dive because of the limited cooking space versus my beat up old toaster oven, which I didn't use often to begin with. Still though, the idea of a toaster oven with air circulation was intriguing. I also liked that some models had dehydrator capabilities, because I make jerky a couple times a year and my second Nesco dehydrator had died on me. GoWise had another air fryer that was on my wishlist for awhile when they came out with this "Mojave" model. It ticked the things that had me interested. It was big (and yes, it IS big) with plenty of cooking area. And it could dehydrate and with multiple racks. So I took the dive.It is rad. Everything I have thrown at it has turned out amazing. And I'm not talking frozen food at all. Chicken thighs on the spit? Amazing. Jerky on the racks? Just as good as a dehydrator. Some of my classic fermented rosemary and olive oil diced red potatoes in the tumbler basket? The best ever! Brine'd chicken breast and veggie shish kabobs on the skewers? Nearly as good as over charcoal with half as much work. The Mojave is a versatile beast. I've been thoroughly impressed all around. The one main drawback for me and my criminally small kitchen is its size. The thing really is a biggun as far as "countertop appliances" go. And then on top of that the instructions obviously mention some rear and top clearance minimums for safety. You need an open counter for it. Ultimately I store it and bring it out when I'm ready to use it. This won't be an issue for those with glorious kitchen space, but it's a major hindrance for those with small to average size kitchens as it works against the notion of the "convenience" of an air fryer. But I think it's a reasonable enough thing to say that this particular device would appeal past that generic ideal. Yes, somebody who inhales frozen food would love this thing, but, I think the versatility and abilities of it will be attractive to scratch cookers out there. And lugging out a meal specific kitchen utensil is hardly foreign, nor a hassle, to us.I really appreciate the way GoWise prices their products that I've looked at and this was the first one that I actually took a stab at. No regrets what so ever. It replaced both my toaster oven and dehydrator for sure, but it also isn't some as-seen-on-TV miracle device that I use for every meal. In my kitchen it is a specialty device that is very much special. Toaster yes, dehydrator yes, but also opened up in to a lot more. The additional features like the rotisserie spit/skewers and basket inspire all sorts of fun ideas. I definitely recommend it and considering all the features it is fairly price friendly.
