Good Accuracy
I tested these probes against my last remaining original Weber probe at 140F and they all agreed to within 1 degree. To me that is excellent accuracy. They seem to be as durable as the original.

Great generic replacements to Weber thermometers
Work great, very accurate, easy to clean, compatible with my Weber wood fire grill. Only problem is the battery holders seem a little useless. They could cut costs and lower the price if they did away with those.
