these things are the only thing that gets me to poop. they’re magical. just make sure you are by a toilet because it can be a crampy intense outcome. that being said, it really cleanses the gut, and makes you feel lighter after. i only eat half, after eating the whole thing a couple times, it wayyyy too intense. using them on vacation after flying is a must for me now. the taste makes me gag and i hate the process of eating it but it works too well to stop.

These fermented fruits are very effective. Pace yourself and maybe even start with half of the plum. It seems like within 6 to 8 hours a serious bowel movement will occur.Be sure to it on a day when you know that you will be at home or even the evening beforehand.

These apricots are amazing for my gut. Help me eliminate well, and get rid of old fecal matter. I feel they are really getting my gut healthier.

Save your $ and lick a rusty battery.Same effect. Maybe. Don't really do that.These gave me awful cramps, and made me sick for days. (I only ate 1/4 to 1/2 per attemt.) I guess that's what you get if you iingest fruit that's been rotted for 2 years.Stick to Smooth Move Tea!

These things made my bowels all but turn themselves inside out. I experienced some cramping but nothing I’d call truly painful. They taste fine, nothing special. I had one every couple of days and each time the reaction was a little quicker and more vigorous. For me, it seemed to take about 3 to 4 hours before I felt the effect. Do not attempt any long hikes after eating one of these if you’re not prepared to be one with nature. I ate one in the late afternoon and I pulled from my sleep with a dire need to go. I’d suggest eating one early so you’ve got the day to allow things to settle down. May the force be with you…always.

So I heard about this on a radio show. I decided to try as I am on semaglutide and a side effect is constipation. The first time I took half, I have to say I don't like the flavor (I am very sensitive to taste). I found a solution which was to put in my salad with vinaigrette to mask the flavor and it worked great. The first time I didn't see results until the next day but they were good. Second time took a whole and about 7 hours later it worked again. Will use twice a week to stay consistent. My 4 stars is for the taste.

Oh it works - get yourself ready to chill at home. I wasn't uncomfortable or crampy but I definitely had the feeling of needing to go more often than normal throughout the day and if youre poop shy like me - stay home LOL Taste was really nice, sweet and resembled a date
