Good but could be better
I give this a 5 because the taste is great but the pump you get is like just a 7/10 it's good but if you want a better pump to last for the whole of your work out then get something that's at least a 9/10, over all did great and would buy again but personally having used so many different preworkouts there are many more different that this that give better results.Hope this helps!

It's an ok supp. I have tried most pre-workouts (the original jack3d is still top of list), got a bit of a ingle from beta alanine at start of workout. Will continue to see if effect gets more potent.

Do not take too much like any gym rat I went straight in with the double scoops aha. 1 and a bit does me now. No jitters. Brilliant focus. Only thing is make sure to guzzle down the water during and after your workout to flush it out your system

Sorry but I'm into fitness and have used pre workouts for 2 years. This stuff tasted chemically and made me ill on 2 occasions. I ended up sinking it. Maybe just me but this stuff wasn't for me.

Good for the price good pump and mass amount of energy not a massive come down however I do get an itchy face about 30 mins in only lasts 10 mins. one scoop is well enough I took 2 was off my nut for hours

I tried a lot of pre workouts in the past 5 years, and this one is good for begginers only, it's just capitalizing on the JACK3D name to attract interest when it's just an average product. Give it a go if you are a teenager and looking for something extra, but not if you are a beast mode type of guy.

One of the better pre-workouts I've used
One of the better pre-workouts I've used! I'm pretty caffine tollerent so usually use two scoops, good pumps, increased energy and great tingles from the beta Alanine. Just has a bit of a chemically taste so if you want somthing you can sip nicley with a little umbrella in then stay away (I sometimes have to hold mynose and just chug it). Been training for 5 years now and used a LOT od pre w/o's but this is my favorite so far.
