I am giving 2 stars based on the fact it technically fits, but it's so tight access to fuses is difficult. Basically starter pulling the lower dash out of position. Also if you have tapped the interior fuse panel for accessories there is no clearance for the storage cubby to close without interference.

This storage box was installed in my 2014 FJ. While it's not an inexpensive little piece of plastic, FJs can always use additional storage, no matter how small.This is a very easy installation. Just pull out the old fuse cover and insert this storage box.My only small criticisms would be that this box doesn't match all that well; the smooth surface of the new box doesn't blend well with the textured surface of the existing dashboard material. And, the door does take a bit more effort to open than I expected. This might not be a bad thing, as the little nub on either side of the storage door is what locks it in place, and may wear down over time. So for now, being a little too tight is preferable to a door that's too loose and may open on its own.

As soon as this arrived, I opened and installed it. It only took seconds. It fit perfectly and looks like it came that way from the factory. I really think Toyota should have included this on the FJ in the first place. It may not hold a lot but it'll keep important things safe, such as the lugnut key for my wheel locks. I'm very happy with it.
