I was a little afraid because of negative reviews here, but I gave it a try. It is delicious! Not bitter or sour, at least for me. It tastes like pure carrot, which I love. The pleasantly light sweet flavor of the juice comes from the carrot itself and probably from the lacto-fermented process as well. Not sure why there are so many negative reviews. I used to buy Lakewood one, but now it contains too much lemon; I prefer this one. Would buy again.

So Amazon Fresh moved our regular carrot juice over to Whole Foods so we can't afford to buy it any more due to the $10 delivery fee. We bought this, even though it's more expensive than our other juice because it was just carrot juice, no added anything. But it's nothing like what we had before which was a light, fresh, carrot juice. This is a decidedly sour drink, like a kimchi or kombucha. If that is what you like, you'll be pleased, though it is pricey. But if you want a juice that tastes like a juiced carrot, this is not it. Wish I could return this.

This juice is delicious but $6 something a bottle (small bottle) is expensive. It is expensive but the price means each mouthful costs a buck, LOL.I recommend the product and will probably buy it again.
