Very easy to use

Great tape does a good job of stabilising joints. I have rheumatoid arthritis and my knees give out before the rest of my body does so I thought I try this type for my couch to 5K. A rookie error the first time round meant that the tape didn’t stick particularly well on my first attempt on my left leg however the tape on my right knee has been on for four days now and weathered many showers and still supporting my knee. For £12 you can’t really go wrong 20 strips is about the size of a roll of tape anyway and so I bought another box. I’m interested to see how long the tape lasts for. Yes you could spend less with knee braces or supports however the problem with them is that often you are always pulling them up halfway through your workout and decent ones can be very bulky.

Recommended by a friend, tried this for my dodgy knee, we do a fair bit of walking and this really helps. Only issue is I have trouble sticking it down properly and parts start to come away. Maybe more practice. I bought this size as a trial but will probably get a bigger role now. I had an elastic knee support which helps but the tape is a lot better. You can keep it on in the shower so lasts longer than one wear, just need to ensure edges are all stuck down properly.

I was advised to get this tape as i have sensitive skin. It doesn't seem to pull my skin off and leave a nasty rash or cut after leaving it on for a few days. Saying that it's still quite hard to get off, as all these tapes are, but this is much better for not leaving my skin raw.

Good quality tape that works well and stays in place

I’ve been suffering from bad shin splints to the point where I couldn’t run for 5 minutes without my shins feeling like they were going to explode! I was hesitant to buy this tape because let’s be honest, it’s just sticking tape to your skin after all! … oh how wrong I was, this is like magic tape!! I managed to complete 5k park run without any shin pain at all. I’d definitely recommend if you suffer from shin splints.

I followed all the instructions and looked into how to safely use it for chest binding, did the patch test and everything right. Not allergic to the adhesive. It just wouldn't stay stuck at all no matter what I tried, it just came up at the edges and stuck to my clothes over it. I took the rest of it off using a skin-safe oil, but where it came up by itself I've been left with really sore blisters that look like burns.

Definitely a two-person job to apply. Doesn’t last long if it gets wet, probably not what I needed, not the fault of the product, though

I got this for my hiking trip in Sedona. I have an extremely tight IT band and knee problems, but they weren’t going to stop me from hiking. I applied these in the suggested areas and I did NOT feel ANY pain or tightness going up or coming down the rocks and mountains. Everything was secure. Even after I took them off, no pain! They worked better than my knee braces! I would recommend these over and over. The only thing that I would suggest is to not apply lotion or sunscreen prior to applying the tape - it won’t stick at all.

These are good quality and stick for a long time. I have swam with them on and they do not fall of. It helps with my knee problems, I can now do my workout with limited pain.

Product arrived earlier than promised and in good condition.KT Tape is an excellent product for overuse injuries. It provides support so that the injury can heal on its own, and reduces pain.I had tried two different braces for my elbow injury but neither helped.
