I liked this product and the price is reasonable. I used it for knocking in my new bat and it worked fine.

Does what it's designed to do. However, it's better to go for a (cheaper) unbranded one as this one is literally a generic mallet with a kookaburra logo stuck on the handle.

Very easy to use, in expensive and great value for money. Warning, can upset others with the noise when using so suggest done without others in earshot!!!

I was persuaded to buy this instead of using a cricket ball to knock in a new bat. It looks good but after just one quick session I was horrified to see many many small dents in the face of the bat (pictured). It turns out that one side of the mallet has a lump or bump right in the middle of it (again pictured albeit difficult to see but you can easily feel it when you run your hand over the end of the mallet) which dents the bat when you use that side. Unbelievable. What a waste of money. It’s almost ruined a completely new bat after just 10 minutes. If their quality control is this bad what’s the point? I’m going to ask for a full refund.

Its alright but the head has already come off. I wont use it so roughly next time.

A solid mallet that stood up to several hours of tapping, verging on hammering. Looks like it will last a lifetime.
