Cheap plastic crap!! Very small.. I wouldn't personally buy item. Reminds me of the toys from mcdonalds.

This is a large yellow Minion shaped clock which will look good in a child's bedroom - especially if they already have minion related items in it.It's very plasticky but feel fairly solid, it certainly doesn't feel like this will break apart after a few weeks of use.The clock itself is fairly basic, but for a 4 year old - that's all you need!! If you press the head down, the body and the clock light up and it stays illuminated for 5 minutes. This works well for night time routines as you can state that your child has 5 minutes to perform a certain task (such as get pyjamas on) and you can make it into a game. But a longer period of time might have been nice to use this as a light to say on as your child falls asleep.The clock itself is not as large as I expected, but large enough to read the time easily.The button on the front has the Minion quote from a small repertoire of phrases from the film. These are mainly gibberish but fun, they are also the noises used if you set the alarm.In a nutshell: Unless your child is specifically mad about Minions, this is perhaps not the best alarm clock for children out there for this price. There are clocks which have better nightlights for considerably less money than this.
