Final update:I received the replacement mug very quickly. The replacement is also not flat on the bottom; I’ve never owned a porcelain mug, so perhaps this is normal for them? I don’t know, but again, I’m very picky about such things, and if I’d known beforehand, I’d have chosen a different mug.No Bones Life’s customer service gets 5 Stars without hesitation, but the product stays at three.UPDATE:Without my even contacting the seller directly, they reached out to me and will be sending a new mug free of charge! I’ve added the two stars back for stellar customer service. I’ll update once again when I receive the replacement.Nice cup, very sturdy, but it doesn’t sit flat. I tried to capture the flaw in the picture. I’m very particular about this kind of detail, hence the two-star penalty. I’ll be keeping it as I like the design, lid and strainer.

I ordered a second Tea Mug to use for a guest since I love mine so much. Good quality mug, but not too heavy for ladies and the handle does not get hot. I use a lot of tea bags that do not have strings, so I just place them inside the infuser and that solves the problem of retrieving the bag easily in a large mug without a mess. I love unique items and this is so cute, yet practical!I have been using this tea cup for over a year now and it has become my favorite mug. I love it's light weight, the thin lip and size.

I received my set last week & it's perfect in every way! I love the infuser which works even with tea bags because I can set it on the lid and there's no mess. The lid helps keep the tea warm until I am ready. I even use it for coffee because the lid works as a coaster. Fun gift to give my vegetarian friends and family. Even the packaging was top quality and so decorative you don't need to wrap it. Seller exceeded my expectations - plan to order again!

This tea mug is wonderful. The infuser is ideal! My favorite tea has some pretty small pieces in it and the infuser is fine enough that there is no chance those pieces will get into the mug. The lid is wonderful for keeping tea warm when I have to step away. It's a great size and very high quality porcelain. You will love this mug!

I bought this for a very special woman in my life that is a very proud vegetarian, I when she opened the box she was so happy that I got her not only a tea mug... as she drinks tea all day long but also it represents her life style. The cup is so cute, I absolutely love it. It's not a very thick or heavy cup like my others, but that is fine. The lid can also be used as a coaster once you're ready to drink!
