Contains Soya - buyer beware
I suffer from several food intolerances. As much as it says in small print in the ingredients that the product contains soya, and this is not entirely clear from the pictures included with the product. It gives no information exactly where the soya is contained, what part of the product. Upon receipt, I could see that the product contains soya and I cannot afford to risk trying it. It’s very disappointing that I cannot return this, it’s a completely unusable product and a complete waste of my money. Would never buy from this seller again.

great product. 5 days after use i got results
it really works, great product. 5 days after use i got results, belly that I used to think was fat, just shrank ... it was the food fermentation that made me swollen, not fat and these enzymes foxed it. Have tried others in the past, but none of them did the work like Garden of life. Truly excellent product.

it didn’t help my digestive problems at all (not the bloating nor the migraines) but it did make me very constipated. can’t use it anymore.

Contains synthetic vitamins.
Only wanted the enzymes but when it arrived saw the small print that it also contained multi vitamins and doesn't allow returns so stuck with item I can't use.

I just checked the enzyme bottle and it says nothing about refrigeration. I believe you are ok with that. Normally if any item needs refrigeration it is sent with cold packs for shipping.
