The lids don’t stay on or snap into place well so trying to get these ice trays into the freezer with the lids on was impossible. The center would sag away from the lid and spill water everywhere. I had to set them down into the freezer and then carefully place the lid on top. It’s just not a thick enough silicone or a tight enough lid for this product to do what it’s supposed to do. If you have enough room in your freezer to do this on a tray and then pop it in, that would be ideal, but we have a drawer style freezer so it’s hard to make it work.

The media could not be loaded.  I purchased these as part of a valentines present for my niece. Can be used for chocolate molds and maybe even other desserts. I started using one for ice. Makes it easy to pop out the ice since it’s silicone. Only issue I have with them is that the lid doesn’t really stay put. Little tricky getting it in the freezer since it’s silicone and it will bend in the middle if it’s filled with water. Once frozen, the lid still doesn’t fully snap on. Colors a cute though.

not even sure what the point in the lids are when they don't stay put.

leaves weird floaty things in our beverages. we've washed the tray multiple times (by hand and machine), changed the filters on all of our sources of water, and the ice still leaves lots of gross floaties in our cups. doesn't really effect taste at all but its hard to think about how cute the cubes are when my water looks like its had a napkin sitting in it for an hour. our old ice cube trays didnt do this. very strange. cute but disappointing

Product arrived nicely packaged and the silicone is of good quality (not frayed edges or signs of defects). I had mainly purchased these for a specific project, and unfortunately the hearts are a bit too big (but I knew this was a possibility when I purchased). I have include pictures with a ruler so that others can see how big the individual cells are, which would have helped.That aside, these are nice ice cube trays. Once frozen they pop out easily. My biggest complaint would be the lid, which I don't understand. First there is no way to fill these and then transport them without something underneath them to support. Without the lid on they immediately spill their contents, with the lid on, there is slight delay before the middle buckles and spills the contents. In the end I used the lid as a tray to rest it on and then carry to my freezer. I also tried one batch with the lid on, and unless the cells are under filled you have problems. If they are exactly filled, the water expands upon freezing, or if they are overfilled the water immediately spreads across the top to all adjacent cells. Either way you end up with clumps of hearts rather than the very cute individual ones.Overall not bad, and makes really fun/cute ice cubes (like the idea from the video of adding in slices of fruit), but feel the lid situation could be handled better.
