Top product great price and easy to use and set up
I’m very pleased with this android box I know there’s a few bad reviews but I thought I would give it ago and see it works well and looks stylish for such a cheap product it comes with hdmi cable too it’s a piece of cake to set up only take mins and is easy to use it has a micro sd slot for more storage and the remote works well too it doesn’t have Bluetooth which is a problem if you want a Bluetooth keyboard but it has USB port for a dongle to pick up them keyboard instead so it’s covered that way a keyboard is definitely recommend it makes day to day uses so much easier and I couldn’t cope without mine as this has all got internet access to go online and shop look at google etc the keyboard is a must top quality and great for £27.99 fast delivery too I would recommend

Poor quality item
As another reviewer has noted, the item I received was obviously not new, but a recycled return. This did not get my relationship with the box off to a great start. It got worse. The Box itself is fine, but the remote feels cheap and nasty, and navigating around the menus is difficult. In fact, in some cases, such as when using Netflix, it is impossible to select a show. Rather than fix this major problem, the manufacturer has simply included a ' mouse mode' on the remote, which is equally annoying to use. To supplement the pidgin English manual, the manufacturers have thoughtfully included spelling mistakes in the on-screen messages, which I find irritating beyond belief. However, the main reason this device will be going straight back is that my primary purpose in buying it was to stream media from NAS. The single sheet of paper that they laughingly call a manual does not explain the error code that I keep getting, and frankly, I have had enough of this awful piece of kit.

Good to use
But it's takes time to download YouTube and apps to download. Good to use in the bedroom . Love that changing colours around the edges of the box.

Disappointing - does not support all 'standard' apps
Although it has android 10 I found it impossible to load disney+ app and sky app which I can run fine on other android devices. I even tried the beta version of the sky app but that errored just the same. Also, even though it has enough memory to stream I found that after streaming from Netflix for about 90 minutes the video would hang but the sound would continue. Had to leave the app and reload it to continue. Works OK with ITVx BBC Iplayer Netflix and Prime Video but for me does not deliver what I need. So I am buying a small footprint WIN 11 deskop to travel with as that will manage all my requirements - more expensive but overall will save money as I will no longer waste it on cheaper 'solutions'. Before anyone comes up with a great techie workaround to get the apps to work - my comment would be that it should not be necessary - if it was truely android 10 then it should support them out of the box.

Powerful android tv box
I've bought 8 of these for friends and family. Cheap and cheerful but do the job. The remote is a bit annoying. Quite clicky when you push the buttons.

Could be a lot better
This system runs the Android operating system, and that works. The “added value”provided by the people who put the system together is largely incompetent.Let’s start with the user guide. Here is a heading from one section – “The Step thathow to reflash the box”. Draw your own conclusions. That section mentions that thereis a hidden reset button inside the “AV” port. The AV port gets no other mention. Isuspected that it had more to do with A than V and, sure enough, trial shows it to bean analogue audio port. The remote control has a section of five buttons marked TV Control. There’s no clueas to how to use these to control a TV.When the box comes on it outputs video in 720p format, less than the 1080p full highdefinition we need for videos, movies etc. It takes 19 remote control key presses toswitch to 1080p – I counted them. I have to do this each time I turn on, even fromstand-by. While changing from 720p there is an option to select the resolutionautomatically, and that selects 1080p, but it can’t do that when I turn it on!I was delighted to find a second setup control panel, not the one on the home screen, and that does let me select 1080p permanently. That’s an extra plus for the productand an extra minus for the user guide. On the remote supplied, I often have to push a button more than once to get aresponse, even from two metres away. (I do know that it’s IR and I have to point it atthe device.) It’s very hard to control apps like BBC iPlayer. You have to use thecontrol’s emulated mouse, and that’s very hard work. The Home screen contains a tile marked “Amazing KD Player”. This turns out to beKodi 16.1. We’re now on 17.3. I can uninstall 16.1 and install 17.3, which works. Ican’t get rid of the Amazing tile, or get it to run 17.3.There is an SDHC memory card slot. There’s no clue as to what capacity cards itsupports. Trial and error shows that 32GB works and 64GB doesn’t.The HDMI output has no CEC support, so the TV doesn’t come on when you turn thebox on, and it doesn’t go off when you turn it off. So you also can’t control the boxwith the TV’s own remote control. Even something as basic as a Raspberry Pi runningKodi can do that. All this makes me wonder whether the people who gave this 5-star reviews weretesting the same system. It also makes me wonder whether such a thing as a qualityAndroid TV box exists, or are they all similar rubbish.
