Royal Doulton Highclere Tumbler 350ml, Set of 4, Crystalline

I already own the Highclere Whiskey tumblers and decanter set, and I wanted a matching set of wine glasses to go with, and these are a perfect match. The pattern on the glasses is stunning, and they reflect the light in a really beautiful way.I went for the Highclere because although they are more expensive than the other ranges that Royal Doulton do, they are actually thicker and heavier. I own a cheaper set of whiskey tumblers too that I got for around £30 for 6, and although they look nice, they are not as thick and heavy, therefore I don't feel that they are going to last as long.The glass is VERY heavy for a wine glass of it's size, so it feels well made and solid with the thicker glass. It's also less likely to topple over than standard glasses as it has a bit more weight to it.The glasses are truly stunning, although do watch out, I had to get a replacement set sent out as there was a white fleck blown into the base of one of the glasses which you could see when you drunk from it, which I don't really expect from Royal Doulton, but hey, mistakes do happen!I really couldn't recommend these glasses enough. They are absolutely stunning and they really are a treat to drink from compared to normal glasses. Superb!

Great tumblers although I was expecting them to be larger in size, they are quite small, but that’s the gamble ordering online. Nothing wrong with the quality or looks. I wish they were a little larger.

We love Royal Doulton and have purchased several sets of glasses over the years. These were a gift for our neighbours and they absolutely love them and we were naturally invited to help try them out. They feel that bit heavier and solid and the size is good for sharing a bottle. . . .

Quality heavy and elegant crystal glasses.

Bought these for my son as a birthday present. They are beautiful and a lovely addition to his collection of nice glassware. He was delighted!

Gift box was a bit dusty and slightly dented.

These are beautiful,. Brought them out for a dinner party and they were much admired

Flutes were gorgeous, but not sufficiently or carefully enough packed for shipment. One of the four flutes was broken into pieces. Lucky and surprised three were still intact.
