Amazingly bright, never needs to charge
I bought mine about six months ago, and I carry it every day. This light was one of the best purposes I've ever made. It's expensive, but it's built to last. The light is very robust, and easily clips inside your pocket. The charger is a bit annoying because it's unique (so if you lose it you're in trouble), but the light comes with a nice magnet on the back so the light will clip to metal surfaces and stay put. The light is extremely bright (you have to double click the button for the full brightness). The laser is kind of pointless for me, but is very bright and carries well. I've used this light for over 3 months at a time with charging it and not even had it drop a single bar on (limited use, but every day). This thing absolutely holds a charge and will not let you down. I highly recommend it if you can afford it. My only real complain is the switch from laser to light seems a bit flimsy (compared to everything else) and it tends to flip back and forth in your pocket, so you always have to check it when you use the light.

Very Good
I'm used to Surefire flashlights. I've been using the Olight Arkfeld for a couple of months now. The size is perfect for everyday carry and fits comfortably in the pocket. It doesn't fall out or get in the way. The clip works good. The selection of lumen choices and brightness of each is excellent and very useful: Long press turns on the map light(lowest setting). This is good if you don't want to bring attention to yourself, ruin your night vision, or make your battery last forever.Single press turns on either low, medium, or high. All beams are flood light, and at about 8 foot away the width is about 5 ft wide. It's a very intuitive sized flood and easy to use. Low is nice for indoor use and close up outside with an excellent battery life. Medium is fairly bright and easily extends out 30 to 50 ft outside. High is bright enough to use as a search flood reaching out 100 ft or more.A double press turns on the highest setting. It's really bright and easily goes out 300 or more feet. I don't believe it stays on for long as it automatically dims back to protect the battery.A triple press turns on the Strobe which is extremely bright and would undoubtedly blind an attacker. However, pressing the button three times feels awkward, and I think it might be challenging to do under the stress of being attacked. I didn't buy the light for protection, so it's not an issue for me.A partial rotation of the dial surrounding the operational button changes the light to laser pointer mode. The laser is green and moderately bright. Very good for indoor presentations. Not bright enough for pointing at the stars, but will go out 300 to 500 ft with a reasonably tight beam. My only complaint here is with the dial itself which will often rotate on its own, while in my pocket, but it's not a big deal for me as it's easy to simply rotate the dial back. The magnet on the base is usually strong enough to secure the light to flat steel. It works reasonably well on a refrigerator for example, though uneven steel surfaces may interrupt the magnets attraction enough to keep the light from fastening properly. The magnet on the base also attaches the charging cord. This was a concern for me as I've had bad luck with this type of charging system in the past. Also the charging cord is sort of specialized and not available at just any store. This type of magnetic connection often fails with time as it doesn't really make a good enough connection to charge. However the magnet on this device is sufficiently strong enough so that this problem may not occur. Only time will tell.Highly recommended.

Perfect size, great light and outputs
This review will be posted on both streamlight and o-light product.I purchased both the Streamlight and the O-Light because I couldn't decide between which one I wanted. I always have a knife and flashlight on my person at all times so I needed it to be comfortable and usable how I want. Personally I like my flashlight to be on the outside on my back left pocket with the knife right next to it as pictured.I wanted something rechargeable, but also multiple brightness function, which I came across both streamlight and o-light. I couldn't decide which one I liked better online, so I purchased both.Streamlight- I like that it is USB C rechargeable, no matter where I go finding a charger for this will be easy. I like the brightness of both low and turbo mode, however, it seems to scatter the light in the foreground a little too much for my liking. It fits in the hand well, but at the same time is a little too long. I don't typically carry a flashlight the way it is designed so for me that is a negative, along with how it sticks out of my pocket when on the left side.O-Light- I really like how this flashlight has so many different modes, multiple brightness settings, a laser, and also has a lockout mode to keep it from turning on accidentally in your pocket. The light throw on this flashlight is also good, however scatters a little further out in the foreground then I like also. The size is perfect for a back pocket, as shown in pictures and fits in the hand great. The only negative about this flashlight for me is the magnetic base charger, if I forget to take it with me on a trip, it breaks or i lose it, finding one in a store is probably going to be impossible.2 great products, and I'm sure depending on the person one will lean either way. I personally like the O-Light better, however will keep the streamlight as a backup. I have had both for a little over a week now to do fair review of each.

Great light, weak clip design
This light it fantastic for edc. Light weight, sturdy, bright, battery lasts a long time. I only charged it every couple weeks and this with using it multiple times a day for short periods. My one complaint is the pocket clip design. It’s pretty weak and I noticed it right away. I stuck a little piece of rubber where the clip end meets the body of the light to help with pocket retention…unfortunately it must have fallen out of my pocket at work yesterday(Iv had the light since november 23’ and I’m writing this review 2/28/24)I Was bummed when I lost it but I use it so much every day that I just ordered the arkfield pro to replace it. Hopefully the new style clip on the pro is an improvement.Overall it’s a fantastic light and worth buying again. Just be aware of the weak pocket clip if you are pretty active at work and around the house.

The only flashlight I'll ever buy
I've had this flashlight for a while now, and held off on writing a review. I try to never review items like this right away, because I want to see if it's going to fail after usage, and the only way to know that is to use it.The Arkfeld has not failed, not once, in the almost-year I've had it.Let's be clear, this has not been a drawer queen or sometimes-use item. This has been my everyday carry since I bought it to replace the junk Harbor Freight light I got for $20. That one gave up the ghost because of a bad charging port (relevant later). The Arkfeld has had no such problems: the flat-face proprietary charging "ring" has no components to break. It's simply a solid conductor on the back of the flashlight, which has proven surprisingly durable and hassle-free. Also, you won't be using that charger much at all: I go 2+ months on a single charge while using this light every day.Variable brightness is great. This light has 3 settings, so you're never wanting for more light or forced to use an uncomfortable amount of light. This has been great for me, because the last 2 or 3 lights I've had have been either way too bright or not bright enough.Durability is very good. It's held up to being in my pocket, being dropped, covered in everything from way oil to machine grease to coolant and barbecue sauce, -15f nights to 110f days (and held a charge through it!), bad humidity, rain, snow, sleet, and just life in general. Never once has this light run out of battery unexpectedly, had a sluggish start from cold, been sapped by temperature swings, or failed due to water infiltration. This light has tanked everything I've had to throw at it like an absolute champ. This is bar-none the absolute best light for the money. It's the easiest to pocket, most durable, brightest (and softest), most convenient light I've ever owned and probably ever will own. God forbid, if something does happen to my trusty companion, it's going to be replaced with an exact duplicate.
