Easy breathing!
I have been looking all over for a product to stop me snoring, and give me the benefit of a decent night sleep for once. I have tried various mouth guards but I find I often wake up with a dry mouth, and dribble! These nasal dilators are great, and the added bonus of filters to keep airborne particles at bay is great. I have found them to be extremely comfy, and easy to use. The product has been given four stars as I have knocked them out two nights in a row, and they are very hard to find at stupid o'clock in the morning! The product I received had the instructions in Spanish, but the pictures and the product are simple enough!

Hit and miss
I received this product in the time frame specified by Amazon and it was not damaged in any way.I bought these for my partner who drives me crazy every night with her snoring. We have tried everything, chin straps, nasel strips, throat sprays, mouth guards, even several things at the same time. When I first showed her these she didn't seem too keen on shoving the up her nose but agreed to give them a try. They didn't stop the snoring totally but it was quieter than without them and as most people in my situation know that is better than nothing, I did manage to fall asleep so considered them to be a reasonable success. However the next night I was woken up again and after giving her the "back jab" along with those words that I don't even need to write here I noticed that she was not wearing them, there were sat on the bedside locker wven though I know she fell asleep with them in. She had removed them in her sleep! It is really hit or miss with these not if they are going to work but if she doesn't take them out in her sleep. So yes in my opinion they are worth a try as long as they are kept in!I received them at a discounted price in exchange for my honest review of them.

its a good concept-but sadly didnt work for my predicament-doesnt mean it wont work for everyone.
Anti snore device review 7th July 2016The product came within 48 hours of ordering in ample packaging, you receive a tough green plastic case in which sits the nasal product in a clear plastic bag, a bag full of filters to insert into the nasal cavities, and an orange carrying case in which you store the nasal device and an instructional booklet. The instructions are in a foreign language, but to be honest its very self explanatory what you need to do (insert the filters-stick the whole device in each nostril then sleep)!!Now I have to explain my predicament, I’m a forty something year old man, according to my wife I snore like a tractor, many factors contribute to this, mainly I’m a couple of stones overweight (something doctors will tell you to remedy during middle age), but I mainly snore due to a severe broken nose I sustained during a fight in secondary school (I hadn’t realised it was broken at the time-then when I did I didn’t bother doing anything about it), as a result I’ve grown older my nose has grown larger and one nasal cavity is all but closed making it extremely hard for me to breathe through my nose-hence the snoring.I decided to give the device a go, the filters inserted quite easily into the device but because my nose is such a weird shape, one side of the device fit snugly but the other was rather tight and uncomfortable. It did feel and looks quite like a bullring, but I did go to sleep, I had a good night’s sleep but my wife did inform me I snored just as bad as ever.I had reservations that the shape of my nose (being badly broken) would have a detrimental effect on any such device, but it was worth my trying it out just to make sure.I think it would work if you had normal nasal cavities, its very easy to use and I can see the idea and theory behind it, but sadly i have to admit surgery is probably the only option for my tractor like snoring!I did receive this product at a discount in exchange for an honest, unbiased review. This does not mean that I favour the seller in any shape way or form, and I always try to point out the positives and the negatives of a product. If you found my review helpful, I would be very grateful if you could tick the 'helpful' button below-many thanks.
