The taste of this powder is horribly bitter!Every time I've tried to consume it, it makes me nauseated. Moreover, I have not felt any positive changes in my energy levels during workouts. I tried using it in diluted form also but the taste is so awful that nothing seems to help. Last time when I consumed it, I almost puked in between my Yoga session and had to leave the session mid way. Next thing I did is to throw the bottle in the dustbin.It's a useless product. Even the basic Glucon D is much much better. There are many good electrolytes with pleasant taste available in the market. Don't waste your money on this product.
