As with my previous models, it works. This one looks great in Orange. Highly recommended.
I love my WD drives, be it internal or external - they are my brand of choice. I have used this brands internal drives when building PC's for around 18years and never had a bad one. I've got a few external drives too which have never failed or given me any trouble, despite a lot of use either.No problems encountered so far with this drive. It is full of TV Shows and Films, which is plugged into and used on a Smart TV every day and it loads etc each and every time. Including plugging it in to make deletions and additions via my PC a few times a month too.Orange colour looks great, the design of these current drives also looks great with the ridges offering a bit of grip should you happen to carry it in hand.I'm sure there is faster drives out there, and, this that and t'other - but they may come at a premium. Plus, an SSD probably wouldn't last or be ideal with my usage.Overall, still my brand of choice and highly recommended.

Not sure it is fully compatable with Windows 10
My second one of these discs, they back up Ok but do not just add new files or erase old copies so that after a while the disc is full of data. My hard drive which it is backing up has only 0.5 TB but fills the whole of this "2TB

A chunky unit
Fab colour but quite a chunky unit. The lead can be fiddly to attach but I've marked the correct way up to attach and it's less of a fiddle.

Lovely Bright Orange almost uv!
I've always loved Western Digital and needed a replacement. It's very bright Orange almost uv, very boxy shape, feels robust though and does exactly what I would like it to do for something so small 2tb version was the best option being extremely portable, all you need is a case to protect it.

Fooled by the colour.
Pic gives the impression it is like a Lambo pearlescent Orange, It is not is boring Orange. Very short lead to to attach to computer. 2TB for £80, you can get 3TB for that price.

Will not show up on smart TV
I’ve bought a number of WD Hard drives and have been pleased with all of them. However, having now put my entire photo collection on this one, I discovered My LG smart TV can’t see it. It has no problem with my other. I ordered a power hub having been informed that this unit requires more power for the TV. Still no joy. So I now have a bck up for my photo but I can’t see them on my TV.
