Red EMT nurse bandage scissors large

Im a student nurse doing my distric nursing placement where we do a lot of leg bandaging, etc so i really needed a pair of my own scissors instead of having to borrow my mentors all the time. Bigger than i first thought, so doesn't really fit into my pocket that well, but the colour handle is nice. However, it does feel very plasticy and flimsy. the blades are quite tough and rigid and don't open and close with ease. Tried it at home first before using on a patient and is very difficult to cut throuhg bandaging, so this was no no for use with my patients. Luckily my mentor was able to get me some scissors herself, which are fab so problem solved. These scissors were a good price for what you get, but they are not great. If you want scissors that last for bandagin, i would get some better quality ones!

Trauma scissors, good quality, just as expected.

Very sharp but a bit big for what I wanted them for so I have another use for them,very good product.
