Definitely another great product need to be a little careful not to take too much in your coffee otherwise a colonic irrigation it is 😂just a couple of teaspoons in my morning coffee keeps me feeling satisfied for longer as well as cleansing the gut on occasion. Will re purchase

I use this MCT oil in so many ways, but mainly taking it from a tablespoon or adding it to my protein shakes, it is completely tasteless and odourless so it doesn't affect any liquid you add it to, except for consistency, it makes my protein shakes smoother and easier to drink. It also gives me extras energy when I take it before the gym.Sometimes I mix it with olive oil and drizzle on salad, it carries the olive oils flavour and soften sit to make it more suitable for salad.It goes great in coffee too, it forms a layer on top and is pretty much impossible to mix in, but this is OK, you can even flavour it with cinnamon and it will hold it in the coffee.The bottle is glass and tinted so it stays extra fresh and no microplastics.

This MCT oil is sourced from coconuts, thi type oil can be used as a health supplement. This is flavourless, so therefore no taste. I have been using for a few weeks I cannot say I evidenced any changes in my physical health. Nevertheless it is supposed to have a few health benefits including weight loss. I do find it a bit expensive but maybe the price difference is because it is organic and has been responsibly made.
