I used this for walking my dog, I opened it to stitched it onto the dog coat. Thank that it would illuminate when bike lights hit it, it has to hit in exact direction. Not impressed, how often would you move about to be seen?

Got these for my daughter when she’s out walking

Regardless of arm or leg they are oversized and not enough velcro to adjust. other than that no complaints.
