As a very elderly woman, I have lost a bit of hair, but taking Biotin daily has kept me from losing more. My nails are stronger and no splitting nails when I hit fingers on objects. My skin feels smooth and refreshed too.

I love this product it did what it stated it would do & is affordable.

I am on my 2nd bottle of these hair vitamins, and I do believe they are the first ones I've ever taken that seem to be working. I noticed over the course of the last week that my hair seems to have more volume and thickness than it used to. I lost a lot of hair after having COVID, so bad that I had to have it cut off because it had gotten so thin from the loss. I have tried numerous other hair vitamins since then and none seemed to make a difference. But these seem different. I think it is because they have more bioavailability of biotin than other ones I've used in the last 2 years. I think the others were mostly fillers with not a lot of biotin arability. So I'm going to work on this next bottle and see if my hair keeps improving like it seems to be doing right now. So as of today I would say if you have thinning hair give this supplement a try and see if it does for you what it seems to be doing for me.

I have been taking this for a few months now. I really can't say if my hair is any thicker. However, I do feel like it has stopped the hair loss. In short, my hair is still thin but I don't think it's getting worse. I do think it's overpriced.
