Second time is the charm for me.
Ordered a set of these and the initial pack that showed up was ripped open, missing three of the panels, and had none of the snaps. All I would have been able to do with them, would have been to put them in a binder which was not what I was purchasing them for.Second set came and was perfect! These look pretty good for what they are. If you're looking for something hard and durable, these are not the kind of covers you would used to keep graded comics in. If you like to rearrange your collections to change up how your display looks, or just like to show off some of the cooler artwork of some of your favorite comics, these are a neat way to do so.One thing I wish they would come with; it would be nice if these had some sort of hollow snaps, like a plastic rivet that you could use at the top of the panels where they hang. Something like the metal rivets you would see on a vinyl banner to keep it from ripping. This way, if you are using a picture hanging nail or tacks to hang a largely connected panel, it's less likely to tear through the panel plastic from all the weight that's hanging from it.

Great for Displaying but Room for Improvement
I have some comic books I wanted to display and these protectors made it very easy to make a grid of rows before mounting to the wall. The one thing I noticed immediately was how thick the locking tabs are, they need to be a little more thinner to help keep it flush with the wall. Also, there needs to be more clear cover plastic in the front, so that when you tack the sides down to the wall it does not make the pocket too tight around the comics. Finally, there needs to be UV protection added. Take note where you mount these, specifically away from any windows or UV lights to prevent damaging your books.

I had decided it would be better for my sketched covers and it works pretty well
It doesn't cost much, but it's worth every cent. I wanted a cheap, but effective, means of displaying my signed/autographed comics. Once assembled, I had decided it would be better for my sketched covers and it works pretty well. It's a little tedious putting it together, but it works well and each comic I put in is bagged and boarded (so it fits fine). You get more than enough fasteners than you can use.

Ordered this over a month ago. Just got around to opening the package to hang some comics. Completely unusable. Plastic covered inside and out with an oily film. Clear plastic has a lot of wrinkles in it completely ruining it. I will try and wipe off the oil and see if I can somehow flatten the wrinkles out but as of now I am not hopeful.

No oily substance on any of the sleeves
I was concerned about the potential oily substance, based on other reviews, but went ahead with the order anyways.... No oily substance on any of them, and I'm just waiting on a couple more comics to show up before I mount them on my wall (will update my review at that time)…. I'll definitely be ordering more for the rest of the comics on my walls.... :D

It really makes for a great display of comics
It really makes for a great display of comics, particularly for spreads. The top loading makes it easy to replace various issues to change up the display. My only complaint is that it requires so many pins/nails to mount to the wall. This would be greatly improved if they made the back material out of stiffer stuff rather than flimsy plastic, not unlike having a backboard in bagged comics. This would be beneficial in not just mounting but for the binder as well. This way only two pins per sheet would be needed, or only corners anchored without fear of sagging under the weight.
