Very easy set up. Did the job I needed it to. Used with an old HD TV, there was noticeable quality decrease when ps5 was plugged in but worked well with switch and series s and roku box.

Very functional and useful quality appears good at the moment. Would have been nice to have a more useful change over function. The little button is quite obscure. Once you know it’s there it’s ok, a simple option would have been to have the button red or yellow. For those not familiar with tech stuff.There is also a facility for an active change over that could have been used. Whereby when you switch on a device it automatically switches over. I’ve seen this before and it been mentioned in reviews of similar devices. Sadly not with this one.On the plus side, the warranty is generous and appears to function well in terms of quality of picture and use, for now at least.

My TV has 3 HDMI ports but I needed 5 connections. Came across this product and it does the job. I have a Nintendo Switch, PS4 and 4k Amazon Firestick connected to it and all work fine with crystal clear images. The device has a button to push to switch between connected devices. The only device that didnt work when connected to it was my 4k Blu Ray player. Image would initially show and then disappear. So I just have this connected directly to the TV now. But overall a good product.

When used to diversify HDMI inputs to a single-input bedroom TV, from a Freeview PVR and DVD player, all was fine at first. But when we updated our living room telly and needed to extend similarly, the inputs included the Sky Q 'base' box and a Fire TV stick. When this switch was used with either of these two devices, they failed. The second Sky Q box in another bedroom reported No Signal from its base, and Fire TV tried repeatedly to start, without success. Removing the switch solved the problems. My guess is that when the product is close to a device that uses a home wireless network, it can interfere with communication.

I bought this because I needed a few extra HDMI ports on my T.V. I was a bit troubled with what HDMI adapter to go for, as there are a few on Amazon right now. I choose this one as I seen this as a good looking and a reliable HDMI adapter. I was very surprised as this adapter started working immediately after putting it in. I honestly was expecting a update or something, but there was nothing. Straight away it starting working and has been working brilliant since! The one thing that confused me though was the fact the device had to be turned on to be registered as connected to the adapter. All round though great. I ordered this on Sunday with One-Day delivery and it arrived pretty quick on the Monday. The packaging was a sealed packet and was very sturdy. The packaging was undamaged and clean, and the product was brilliant, as I said I literally just put the adapter in and it worked from the off. I also want to mention what T.V. my T.V. is as I am not saying this will work the same with everybody else’s T.V’s. My T.V. is a LG.

This allows connection of upto 3 hdmi devices which are self powered by source - so no power adapter is used. It has gold plated connectors both male and female. It does not however auto detect signal and change TV channel input select to appropriate input. You need to use the TV remote control to select the appropriate input channel (if you have more than one hdmi input on the TV. This is slightly frustrating but not a deal breaker. It is what it is a cheap device that gets the job done but a mark 2 with auto sensing would do trick nicely. Arrived promptly and properly packaged though and would buy again from this seller.

I purchased this for my parents, as their TV did not have enough HDMI ports, and we needed an extra port so that they could connect the Apple TV box I recently gave them.Connection of this switcher was very easy (thanks to its hard wired HDMI cable). You just connect the other end of the cable to your TV, and then connect the HDMI cables from your devices, to this switcher.The switching of the connected devices is done by way of pressing the SELECT button on the top of this switcher, to select the input you require. For example, the Apple TV that we have connected to this is in port number 2. The switcher keeps the last used device in memory, even after the TV has been switched off.The picture quality is unaffected by using this switcher, so there is no need to be concerned about this.All in all this is an extremely useful device, and also what seems a good quality device to, at an excellent price.Highly recommend.

Second update - well it lasted a couple of days. My screen randomly flashes, and every few minutes or so it completely blacks out, before coming back after a few seconds. I was worried it might be something wrong with my (brand new) system, maybe the gfx card, but removing this product from the system and plugging directly into the screen and guess what - it works perfectly again. I could not in all honesty, recommend this item at all, I shall be returning this one as it's completely useless.I wrote my previous review after trying multiple times with various different cables and equipment, and at the time I just could not get the product to work. However something told me to give it another chance, and I tried it again with a high quality certified cable (one I had tried before) and it suddenly works. I don't know what, if anything, I have done differently this time - it's not like it's complicated plugging things into sockets. Anyway, now it is working I am very happy with the product and it is doing what I purchased it for originally, so I had to update my review.I bought this so I could use one monitor between two different computers. Unfortunately it doesn't work, it does not pass a signal through to the monitor no matter what device I plug in, I've tried as many different configurations I can possibly try and the results are the same, the monitor does not see a signal and goes into standby mode. I therefore cannot possibly recommend this product as I cannot get it to work at all. I'm using good quality cables, the monitor is a QHD resolution device which I know works
