Arrived on time. clasp swing lock peice was damaged in transit, but this was in no way any fault of the seller, and is not really of any detriment, as the case will live predominantly in a drawer anyway. Lovely case though. V. good quality.(Excellent for the price) shame about the damage, but I'm not marking the seller down, just because the postman bashed it about a bit. My watches no longer think they live in a tumbledryer, and are all nicely displayed.

I bought one similar to this in TK maxx a few years ago, although that was a two layered watch box. I needed one for myself and decided to try this one. Absolutely perfect. If you are looking for a gift for someone who has everything this would be the perfect gift. It's really well made and looks brilliant once I put my watches in it. Perfect gift plus keeps all your precious watches safe and scratch free, well, in storage anyway.

I'm keeping this even though it came with a couple of significant design flaws. First, the pillows are loose being 1 cm in diameter smaller than the compartments the go into. This means that the watches are jostled about from side to side, rocking on the strap buckles beneath the pillows. This movement can easily cause the crown of one watch to contact the side of the watch next to it, potentially making scratches. The loose pillows also cause the watches to bang against the unpadded lid when the case is moved. If I travel with this case I will have to put something like cotton wool into the gaps around the pillows to keep them from moving, as well as a layer of bubble wrap on top of the watches. Also, the ribbion connecting the left side of the case to the lid was too short, meaning the lid wouldn't stay open unless propped up with a pencil or something. I ended up cutting out the ribbon because of this, which made the lid flop most of the way backward, and I suspect that the vinyl/fabric "hinge" will wear out quickly because of this . Ediited to add: The seller promptly offered a return or partial refund. I accepted the partial refund as I decided to keep it for another use besides storing watches. Good communications and customer service on the part of the seller.

Fit for purpose, ok construction, ok look, good price, not great if you have several large watches (46mm plus) as they will encroach on the next compartment. Not high end, but does the trick

Bought as a Christmas present. Recipient really pleased with it. He thinks it's good quality and his watches are well-displayed. I found it to be a nice-looking, good-value item and I would buy another as required. Some of the watch faces are quite large but they fitted in ok.

Initially thought this was great. However, now after a couple of months the product has broke. The clasp has fallen off and is not repairable. The item is starting to wear. Would not recommend. Pay more and get better.

Nice looking box but where the latch is not that great. Gets stuck most of the time

I am very pleased with this purchase. At the moment I have 8 watches. If I keep them in their original boxes they take up far to much space. I now have them all together in one box and displayed. The box is good value, well made and attractive
