Connectors work well, using between DELL monitors and Mac Pro 6,1 with HDMI->MiniDisplayPort adapters also. No issues :)

Better than ones with a cord
Bought it for ASUS ZenBook UX305 that has mico HDMI. It is a 4K adapter and works as advertised. Good price point. I prefer it to the other ones with a cord between the two connectors. It has a solid weight and good packaging.
