This cord is wonderful. It is the right length and does not twist . I ordered it in green to blend in with my kitchen. So happy it’s available in colors rather than standard white

I really really like the green color and bought one of these months ago. That one works fine. I have two identical AT&T phones and eventually bought a 2nd green cord. It doesn't work. No audio out of the handset when used with either phone. The manufacturer must not test continuity. The simplest thing to check.Update: Amazon sent a replacement in just a day or two. It works fine. Excellent service.

I got this cord to replace one that I'd had on my old desk phone for 40 years. Time for a replacement I guess. The sound quality was a lot better than the old one but my old phone is a dark red and the cord is a more distinct red so it doesn't match all that well like the old one did but it works better so guess that is what counts.
